My kid's Ace3 keeps popping right out of the band. Such a bummer because now it is lost and we need to rebuy the entire fitbit. She's wearing it properly and doesn't fuss with it, why does this keep happening?? Are there any fixes?

The fitbit isn't misplaced. The band is defective to the point where the device pops right out while being worn. Yes it is lost, but it is hardly "misplaced".
