I have a Versa and it is set to give me notifications of Whatsapp, SMS and calls. It was working fine and then suddenly yesterday, I stopped receiving my phones notifications and ny daughter started receiving them instead!
I haven't changed the settings in the app or on our devices so I have no idea how to fix it!

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend turning off notifications under kid view in the Fitbit app:
1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
4. Tap your daughter's profile picture.
5. Tap Ace 2 > Notifications > Turn off call notifications.
To resolve the issue with receiving notifications on your watch, please follow our tips in Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi,
I have done this and this stopped her getting my notifications but I'm still not getting them. Its very frustrating!
