Hi everyone
My sons fitbit has completely changed its date and time how do I change it to the correct time and date?

You can try restarting your sons watch to correct the issue. Just plug in his Ace 3 into its charger then press and hold the button in on the charger until a smiley face icon appears then release the button. You should feel the Ace 3 vibrate telling you the restart is complete. Now sync your sons Ace 3 in child’s view to see if the issue corrected its self.
