My son has had an Ace since Christmas. Last Night he was logged out from the app I helped him log in the problem is that its now sync with my Ionic I Have removed it and turned mine off. But it cant connect or find his ace. I think I Have tried everything. The phones cant find his Ace with Bluetooth. What can i Do more?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your son's Ace syncs with your Ionic. If you haven't done so, please restart his Ace as described in this help article. After this, try to add the Ace again and see if the issue gets fixed.
