My son's Ace won’t update it firmware

My sons new Ace won’t update on the set up step so can’t use it. Not sure what’s happening won’t go past 6%

any ideas?

@Wolverine06 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the firmware update won't complete.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the button that says ""All other devices" and try running the firmware update again.
