My son’s Ace won’t charge.  I just get an empty battery sign on the screen with an exclamation mark in the middle.  I’ve tried various troubleshooting tips that I’ve found on the community pages but nothing seems to work! Help please!

My son's Fitbit Ace will not charge.  I only get the battery with exclamation icon.  I have cleaned the pins, restarted and charged in a variety of USB/outlets.  Please advise.

Hi all!

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done.  How long have you left the devices on the charger?  They need to be left on the charger for a good 2 hours or so to get a full charge,
