Hi there, Hoping someone can help:  I am using the Ace 2 fit bit and it seems my steps are showing in my sons account (kid view) how do i sync these on to an app ?  Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

I would like to clarify, Fitbit Ace series can be set up just to Fitbit Child accounts to control who your kids connect with in the Fitbit app, and see how active they are each day. For information about Family accounts, please visit this article.

 

Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services but at the moment there are no plans to set up kids Fitbit devices to regular accounts for adults as stated in this feature suggestion.
