I set up the family account and his Ace 2 is working great, however I have to turn off notifications for calls and texts because they are appearing on his Ace 2 and not my versa! Is this how its supposed to work?

I had the SAME problem one day when I was setting up my Sense after helping a user with their Versa 3.  What was happening was the devices were close to each other, so I had to move one out of the room (the Versa 3) while I set up my Sense.  Since then, I've had no issues.

To others who replied to this thread, I would try the same thing with your children's Ace trackers.  This can be done by logging into your account initially and then tapping on your profile picture.  From there, tap "Add a new device" and then you should be able to find your child's Ace.  Turn on your BT.  The app should ask you if you want to replace the Ace tied to your account, select "Yes" and then follow the prompts.

@CaffeineQueen it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your son's Ace 2 since it's getting call/text notifications from your phone.

Please try removing the Ace 2 from your phone's Bluetooth devices and add it again. After this, monitor your son's Ace 2 and see if it stops getting your notifications.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I'm having the same problem with my child receiving my personal text messages.  I have a Google Pixel 4a5g phone.  When I open my Bluetooth connections, neither my phone nor my child's phone appear in the list so I can't try the above solution.

I've tried this repeatedly and still have the same problem. My daughter's Ace2 gets all of my notifications instead of me. Anyone have a working solution?

My son (8?!?) figured a way to turn it off from his device - but he was
able to turn it back on too. He's promised not to do so - we'll see how
that goes...
