Need to reset Ace 2 AND the children’s profile

My children had Fitbit Ace2’s for a couple of weeks and then they accidentally took each other’s and are both FURIOUS about it 🤣

I’ve said I’ll reset them, as I’d read I could do that, but now I’ve done it of course the wrong data is still on the wrong profiles, despite the hardware being reset, the profiles remain there. I would like to just ‘wipe’ their data from the profiles- is it possible?!!

I am replying to myself to say- the app is the least intuitive thing I’ve used for years.... It’s like stepping back in time!! 

For every action you want to make in Fitbit you have to google or search the boards. It’s really frustrating after years of technology moving forward to have to deal with this stuff. Wish I’d stuck to getting them the Garmin which I’ve seen working really well for my friends and their kids.
