New Ace 2 Fitbit won't turn on

Purchased a ACE 2 fitbit for my son yesterday. I have connected to the charger but the face never turned on. I have left it for an hour however nothing happened. I have also connected to a pc and tired the reset however that has also turned it on. I purchased this while away so I cannot return to the local store.

@Kasiana , the thin white line usually means it is trying to do an update.  

How is it going now?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Well, I asked for a replacement. Plugged the new one in. Left it to charge overnight to ensure it was fully charged. Sadly it is doing the same as the other one. Exactly how longbow the thin white line meant to last and how is it updating  it won't even synchronise accurately and there's no clock face.

Just don't charge, when totally empty it will restart. Worked for me

I have this issue also have spent 2 nights trying to charge, it won't show any sign of any life even after holding button for five seconds, I have checked and charger works as it charges other fitbit.  My daughter got this for Christmas and it took me 2 days to get it going, it has worked for a few weeks now nothing and she asks 5 times a day is it fixed yet, can somebody please contact me so I can try and resolve this

Hi, before you charge,  have it on until 0% left. After that it worked for me....Skickat från min Galaxy

I have the same issue.  Nothing happening.  I assume its charging but I have no way of knowing.  customer service has been awful.  Wishing I never purchased this for my daughter.
