Hey Forum! We just got another Ace 2 for my second child. However, when we opened the box and turned on the device, the screen continually shakes. Has anyone else had this issues? We have tried a few times to sync and resync the device and also perform a factory reset, to no benefit.
Any help is greatly appreciated
