Just bought a new Ace2 and it does not start at all. I have ensured that it is sufficiently charged (charged overnight) but nothing seems to work. Pressing the side button for 5 seconds, pressing-pausing 3 times within 8 seconds...tried both options but it just does not start.

Hi,
Im not sure if im in the right plae, or need to create a new thread but i have the same issue. My daughter has the ace 2 since christmas and today it just lost all charge and wont charge or reset or anything.
I cant see how to contact Fitbit via email or online (apart from twitter and i dont have this) so please can you let me know.
