New Ace 2 won't hold a charge

New Pink Ace 2 bought on Dec 20th at Target for Christmas.  Charged it up, and it was dead the next morning.  Charged it again, same thing.   The Fitbit won't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. 
We have tried cleaning the contacts and resetting it like it said to do but that hasn't worked.   

I don't have the box anymore so i can't return it.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
