My daughter has a Fitbit Ace attached to my phone, then my son got a Fitbit Ace a week later. When I tried to add to it to my family account it took over his new Fitbit took over my daughters account and he now has all her history. Realized you couldn’t sync two of same Fitbit types I synced hers to my husbands phone. But she has lost her data it’s as if if she has the new Fitbit and my son has all my daughters data. How can I switch it please?

@Goongoon Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's data got transferred to your son's account. Unluckily, your daughter's data can't be transferred to her account again and I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

In this case, you will need to set up their devices from scratch in order to start the accounts with their own records. Please follow the setup instructions that are listed in this help article. You can also check out this help article for more information about how to manage your family account.
