Got my son an Ace for Christmas and it is dying after 24 hours from a fully charged battery and not tracking sleep. The box and site say it should last 3 days.

Ours is doing the same. We started a family challenge. My daughter’s ace is logging steps but not counting them towards it. Anybody know anything I o help besides resetting device.
