New Ace won’t charge or turn on

Hi, I purchased an Ace for my daughter only a couple months ago and it will not charge or turn on. Have also tried the restart and troubleshooting like another mentioned on this page with no luck. We are very disappointed as we had only had it a very short time. What can we do to get this replaced?

@TLTL30, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issues that your daughter's Fitbit Ace experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above. I understand how you feel about this.
