Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ktbran.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son's new Ace 2 tracker is not showing sleep stats. Thank you for confirming that you can see your son's sleep data on the Fitbit app. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this and I am here to help. Since you've tried already to restart the tracker, I recommend changing a clock face:

  • With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned that you already have a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution, please keep an eye on your inbox.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi there, since I posted this problem on the forum I linked up a live chat with Fitbit and in the middle of them looking into it my sons Fitbit all of a sudden on day 3 it started to show his sleep stats on his fitbit. So far so good it is still the case. The problem corrected itself during the live chat. Thank you.
