New to Fitbit kid’s Ace 3 getting my calendar notifications?

Hi All,

my 11 year old lost his mind when he got an Ace 3 for his bday today. We got it all set up, but by evening, he was getting notifications for events in my calendar. Why? I’ve gone through his notification settings and there isn’t even an option for calendar updates???

he was so sad that he couldn’t sleep with it tonight, but it kept buzzing on his arm. What is going on? I can’t find any useful information anywhere?
