I am trying to set up my sons Ace 2. I already have a fitbit account. The instructions say to go to my profile in the app and tap "create a family account". There is no button for that. I have the most updated version of the app, and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9.
How do i set up the damily account without the button showing up?

Hi,
I just picked up Ace 2’s for my kids for Christmas. Within the app, you tap on your profile image/icon and can create a family account there.

No thats what im saying. There is NO button called "create a family account" where you say it is. This is a problem that a lot of users have expressed. I think it probably has to do with what phone you are using the app on. Im guessing you are not using a Samsung Galaxy S9?

AmberNH, did you ever solve for this? I am having the same problem on my iphone. Have spent hours trying to troubleshoot but still can't find any button called "create a family account".

Yes, but Im not really sure how. I used my laptop with Windows 10 and got the fitbit app on it. I tried to find the create family button under my profile and it wasnt there at first, then it magically showed up later that day. I set up my kids account from the windows 10 app, then went back to my phone and could now see the family account. So maybe try it on Windows 10 app.
I hope it works for you. I know it was super frustrating for me and I spent so much time on something that should be somple. Good luck!
