Hi. I just bought Fitbit Ace 3 for my son. In the specifications there should be options for exercise and my kids should be able to select exercise from the tracker itself. But on the Fitbit Ace 3 tracker that I bought, there is none. What should I do?
I just noticed the same thing on my child's ace 3. The pictures on the "how to use" show exercise options, but nothing like that is on the actual watch or in the app. I rebooted it, but nothing changed.
the matter has been extensively discussed in this thread and the conclusion by @EdsonFitbit is that the documentation is wrong and that Ace 3 (and all other ACEs series) is not designed to track activities (when indeed it is just an Inspire 2 rebranded)
