No family acct option

Hi there, I have been a member of Fitbit since 2015. Now I have a family and want to create a family account but my app does not give me this option. I have uninstalled it and installed it again. I have rebooted my phone and tried it, I have made sure that my birth date is correct but still the option does not appear. I am using my google sign in to sign into Fitbit. Please help!!!

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding a family account.

Before considering other options, I'd like to know if you have seen the steps suggested in this article in order to set an Ace device since it is necessary to create a family account.

The issue is I can’t set up a family account because that option doesn’t show for me. Yes I have followed the steps from other articles I have found in this community.
