My son has had a fit bit ace 2 since Xmas and is saying he doesn’t get the 10,000 step celebration like his Fitbit ace have done a soft reset and still no luck

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son doesn't see a goal celebration for 10,000 steps on his Fitbit Ace 2. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by doing a restart. I recommend confirming that the daily activity goal is set properly: How do I set or change my Fitbit goals? and the Ace 2 is syncing.
