I have tried on my laptop with windows 10 and my tablet and neither allow me to create a family account.  The family account option is not there as an option.  I can use my own fitbt blaze on these so why is there not a family account option so I can connect my child's ace 2?  Have a very upset 7 year old.  Please can you help?

All sorted now.  Was able to do this on the laptop fitbit app.  I really think fitbit need to make there full app more widely available.
