My daughter had an Ace a few years ago. When she turned 13 she had the option to upgrade her account but couldn't be bothered. Shortly after that the Ace died. Now two years later she has an Ace 3 which we have successfully added and synced to her child account. However the option to upgrade the account is no longer there even though she is 15. How do we get it back? Thanks in advance.

I have no personal experience with this, but from How do I manage my Fitbit family account? , and scrolling down to "How does my child upgrade their account?"
If it doesn't look like that, I have no idea - might have to contact support.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it's not the method we're having trouble with. It's the fact that the "Upgrade" message doesn't show up at all. I assume I will have to contact support directly.
