Hey all, my hubby has just set me up as a guardian on a family account. He has a parent view screen however I do not. He nips to the family tab, the kids are there and I am not. He invited me to be a guardian I accepted and he has received my positive notification.
i have uninstalled and reinstated the app, restarted my phone and disabled my charge 4 and reconnected to the account and still no luck! Can anyone advise? It’s very annoying!

@Maggiemiller I am moving your post to the Ace & Family Accounts forum. It is a better fit for your issue. In case this is an app bug, do you use an Android or iPhone?
I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer for you.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Maggiemiller. It's nice to see you around and thank you for your help, @LZeeW.
@Maggiemiller Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend confirming if you have created a Fitbit family account previously as you can only belong to 1 family (Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture and check if you see "My Family"). You can delete this Fitbit family account and then try to join the Fitbit family account created by your husband. For more information, please see How do I manage my Fitbit family account?
Hope this helps!
