Not able to see sleep, alarms and steps

I've lost the ability to track sleep, set/manage alarms, track steps on my fitbit account! Should I have access to this in the app or did they remove them?  Removing those abilities has me wanting to jump the Fitbit ship! It is infuriating and ridiculous to take away those key tracking tools! I'll definitely be shopping for other brands now!

@NKrull, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums.

 

Regarding the asleep, alarms and steps tracking issue that your Fitbit account is experiencing, I would like to follow up and provide a solution for this. I'd just like you to provide a screenshot of the page that are missing the option to track those stats.

 

In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of your Fitbit account, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, check out if the ability to see sleep, alarms and steps properly.
