Hello @humanmacro and welcome to the Help forum.  The 12 hour clock isn't just anti European, it's anti world.  There is a Feature Suggestion asking for a 24 hour clock on Ace devices.  It is listed as Not Currently Planned.  IMHO, this is a very small minded decision on the part of Fitbit.

I just got an Ace 3 for Kids and it ONLY has the 24 hour clock, I'm would actually like to change it to 12 hour but Fitbit support has informed me there is no way to do it at this time. Not sure if this is new now.

Interesting though is that I have been chatting with three support persons, and all of them has tried to solve it. Non of them seems  to know there is a problem with 24hr... Ans you say  you have one with 24 hr.. yellous

Please get this implemented. This is just ridiculous, it's all about learning new things for kids including clock.
