One Ace connected to multiple Family accounts?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My wife and I have fitbit accounts set up as a Family. Her daughter (my stepdaughter) received an Ace recently as a gift. We set her up just fine as a child account on our family account. Things have been fine. We can view her info on our phone apps and keep track of her goals, etc.

Now, her father would also like to be able to view her info via the fitbit app on his cellphone. However, we do not want to add him to our family account. Ideally, we would be able to have her Ace sync with our existing Family configuration, and separately sync with her father's account somehow - without there being any direct connection between his account and mine or my wife's.

Is there a way to get the child's Ace to sync with her child account on our family, and with her Father's account (assuming he sets up his own fitbit family, or he syncs it directly with his account as if it was his device?)

@dwizum It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid to say that a Fitbit tracker cannot be linked or synced to 2 accounts simultaneously. With this being said, if her father sets up the Ace on his own family account, the tracker will be unlinked from yours.
