One parent - 3 kids - 1 device

I recently purchased a Charge 4 for myself, an InspireHR for my 12 year old (has his own Smartphone) and an Ace each for my 6 & 7 year olds. 

My 2 youngsters do NOT have their own devices. I was under the impression their Aces would sync to my account, on my Smartphone. I originally wanted my 12 year old visible from my dashboard also, as he has limited phone use. But that is proving not possible.

We do have one laptop that I tried to set up with, but it wants a different account for each kid. 

Help? Did I just waste a ton of money?

Hi @Ashley21ak,

Due to COPPA regulations, the only device that can trigger a Family Account (where everyone's info would be visible to you), the Ace series is the only tracker available for kids.  The only way that your kid's information would be visible on your Dashboard would be if they had an Ace as well.

You are right that the Ace would sync to your phone, however, each child would only be able to sync to their own specific account.  Unfortunately, that means that you would have to log in and out of each account.  All accounts would be visible on your phone.
