As you might’ve seen my latest post, my daughters account got upgraded to teens and no longer gives us the option to sync an ace 3 this needs to be fixed unless somebody knows an awnser

I’m having the same issue.
My Fitbit app told me to upgrade my son’s account, so I did. I then attempted to pair my phone to the Ace 3 while in his account. It keeps telling me I need to go to the child’s account to pair, even though I’m already in it.
This is even weirder because he isn’t 13 yet (he’s 10), so I’m not sure why it told me to upgrade him in the first place.
Does anyone know a way to revert to the child under 13 type of account? Or to force it to pair the Ace 3?

I have not yet found a solution as it tells me to click on kids view on the account but my daughters account is no longer kids so it’s basically forcing me to buy a new which I don’t want to do. If I get a solution I’ll tell you straight away.
