Only Ace is allowed for kids under 13?

Ridiculous and absurd. The other devices do not have any features that aren't kid friendly. I understand that kids under 13 need to be on the parents account, good!! But I'm not buying a different device for my 12 yr old and they should be able to use any device that has been handed down and works. Please fix!

Hi @Ang_P due to laws across the world, children are prohibited from having an online account and using these devices. The Ace series was made especially to allow children six and up to use these services. Fitbit is abiding by those laws. Lying about the age is the only solution, but would create a problem since the algorithms are made based on gender, age, height and weight. So that would give completely wrong data for your child. Lying about the age is the only workaround if you're not using the Ace.
