Opened brand new fitbit ace and does not work/ charge/ vibrate. Have tried everything suggested in these forums. How to request a refund/ returns?

Hello @fiyahfly and welcome to the Community.  Please contact Support for return authorization for your Ace.  Just for clarification -- you wrote Ace, but Fitbit currently sells the Ace 3.  Do you have an Ace 3 and did you get it from Fitbit?  If you have an Ace, then contact the seller.
