Problem approving friend requests for my child

I want to approve a couple of friend requests. I received them via email saying I need to approve but when I click on the link, its eventually takes me to the 'notifications' but its blank. Tried both ways and neither of us can approve. Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing approving friend requests for your child. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
5. From the parent view, tap Notifications. Then tap the notification and approve it.

I found this too and then discovered you need to be in parents view to view the request .. approve and then go back to child’s view to see added friend to accept .. complicated
