My child is receiving pornographic friend requests. How is is profile even accessible? How do I make it invisible to anyone outside the family? Please Fitbit, don't tell me I can block these users. They shouldn't be able to find children't profiles in the first place.

Yes I got one request from a pornographic lady for one of my daughters that was completely inappropriate. I saw it in my phone where I manage my kids profiles.. We need to block this individuals and protect our  children
