I added a child to the family account as we had bought my daughter an inspire, bit didn't know at the time it could only be a child account with the Ace.
Since then we have created a different account to get the watch to sync etc, but I can't remove the child account.
I've literally followed every step even to the point that the account doesn't exist any more, but it still shows on my account...so I have two for the same child.
Does anyone know how to sort this out or experienced similar.
I've no help from FitBit, just the same regurgitation of information.
Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @IReallyDontKnow.
Thank you for joining the thread. I am glad to assist you with your concern. You can delete the child's account on Windows 10 app by doing the following:
1. Log into your Fitbit app and click on the account icon in the upper right corner
2. Click on "My Family"
3. Tap the pencil icon at the bottom of the page and tap the X next to your child's name.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I am also trying to remove an Ace account. I slide to select remove. I put in my password. It notifies me that an email has been sent. I have NEVER received an email (yes, I checked my spam folder) the DOZENS of times I tried. I get all the other Fitbit emails with stats and stuff.
