Hi I got a replacement ace for my daughter and every time I try and set it up it comes up with FBbluetootherrordomainerror 24 I have tried restarting the ace and my phone as well as everything else I have seen about how to fix it I have even tried to connect it to my husbands phone but nothing is working please can some one help me.

After scouring the Help site and the Forums (as I'm curious to know the answer to this too!), I would contact Support. I didn't find anything that would be helpful in your case, so if they can figure it out, could you come back and post the result? It may be helpful to others who are experiencing the same issue.

Hi I have got in touch with customer support and they r trying to work on the issue so I will get back to u when they can fix it
