Setting up multiple Ace 2 devices on one family account.

Hi can anyone help.  My son had a fitbit ace 2 linked to my account and my daughter got one for Christmas.  I’m not technical at all and am having bother trying to link hers to the same family account is this possible? Thanks

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing trying to connect your daughter's tracker. Since you have already a Fitbit family account, please follow these steps to add more child accounts to your Fitbit family account:

 

1. On the Today tab, tap your profile picture. Make sure you're in parent view.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Find the option to create a child account.
4. Enter your Fitbit password.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to review the privacy notice.
6. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new child account.
