So my kid really wanted a Fitbit like mine and my partner, but hers doesn't vibrate/give fire works when she reaches her step goals. Is this normal? You'd think the kids one would include the reward mechanism...

@Jokraemer Welcome to the Community. I'm glad to hear that your family is using a Fitbit tracker/watch.

 

Your kid's Ace 2 should vibrate and show a celebration when your kid reach the goal. I would like you to double check if his/her main goal are steps or active minutes, check this article to learn more about it.
