Showing Kids Ace Steps on Parent Dashboard

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My kids both got Aces for Christmas and after finally figuring out the parent/kid setup, I just had one last thing that I need help with. Can someone please tell me how I can show my kids' steps as one of the widgets on my dashboard?  That would elimate my need to have to keep switching back and forth from the parent to the kid view and vice versa to see their steps but I can't figure out how to do that. I tried entering in their usernames when promoted when adding the widget but that didn't do anything. If this feature doesn't exist, perhaps it can be added?  Or if anyone has any easier suggestions for quickly viewing the step counts for the kids that would be great. Thanks!

Hi, @runbean, yur kids will automatically be on your Friends list, so you can see their weekly running total by looking there.

To see the single day detail you will need to switch to kid view on your app.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

@runbean It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I apologize for the late response. However, regarding your inquiry about adding your Kid's view as a widget, this feature is not added.

The only option available is the one that described my friend @Julia_G.

Therefore, I recommend you to submit your request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

See you guys around! Smiley Happy
