Sleep not showing on Ace 2

Please help. Sleep tracker not showing on device.

 

The device is not showing my sons sleep (icon is greyed out) It will only show up if if i synch it with the app. Then the next morning it will not work again.

 

I have tired putting the device on the other wrist of my son.

Tried changing clock face.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son's sleep is not showing on device. Thank you for confirming that the sleep record will appear after syncing with the app. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend checking this post. I understand that you've tried already to change the clock face, but have you tried “just time” clock face?
