My daughters FitBit ace 2 tracks her sleep, but I can only access it from the fitbit app. What I mean is when I look on the watch itself the sleep time doesn’t show up. Is there anything I can do to get it to show up?

The user manual says that sleep duration should be visible on the tracker itself.

See your stats

From the clock face, swipe up to see your daily stats, including:
    Steps taken
    Active minutes
Steps taken this hour and the number of hours you met your hourly activity goal
    Sleep duration

This seems to be a common complaint however that the tracker just shows a grey half moon after the first night even though the information is available via the app.

Hi @Bella_rabbit  sleep is shown on the app, not the device itself. Nothing you can do to change that.
