I sleeped out as not showing up on my son's ace 2 Fitbit watch. It shows up fine on my phone and always used to show up on his watch and suddenly stop this summer. We even got a new favorite and having the same issues. No one at Fitbit seems to be able to help They just keep posting and emailing me the same troubleshooting options which are not helping at all. Has anyone overcome this problem?
