I bought my son an Ace for Christmas and it’s never been right tbh - time keeps changing for no reason. Then about 2 months ago it just stopped charging. Have tried every tip on this forum but not use. Have lost receipt so can’t return to shop. And clearly have now wasted two months!!! What can I do to resolve. Thanks.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge the tracker for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
