Son's active minutes went to zero on syncing

My son achieved well over 180 active minutes today but when he synced his age to the app both the tracker and app now show zero active minutes .He's very upset about this. I've tried resetting the tracker multiple times, reinstallig the app, deleting and reconnecting the device. Nothing has fixed it. He has he ace and we are using the Android app on a Samsung Galaxy s8 phone.
