Stolen Fitbit Ace

Hi, my daughters Fitbit ace got taken from school last week, we were hoping it would be found/returned by now but it looks like whoever has stolen it will not return even after teachers have had stern words. My 8 year old daughter is very upset about what has happened as it was a birthday present.  Is there any way I could track it or disable it so nobody else can ever use it.

Please help as these are  not cheap devices to be replacing .

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SunsetRunner.

I am sorry to hear your daughter's Fitbit Ace got taken from school. I totally understand how you are feeling as your daughter received the device as a birthday present. I appreciate your efforts to track the device or disable it. We usually recommend the following tips to find the tracker: What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device? If the tracker is still paired to Fitbit account, no one else is using it. If the tracker isn't paired, then someone else found the tracker and paired it.

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out in the best possible manner, please keep working with them.
