Hi - I set up a family account using my iphone/fitbit app. And I synced my son's new fitbit to my iphone. I now want to switch to an ipad he uses so he can look up his stats on his own. How do i remove him from my phone and/or add him to the ipad? THANK YOU

@katedoll welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about how to switch to an iPad, you only need to download the Fitbit app to the iPad, log in with your Fitbit credentials and switch to kids view. Finally, turn on the iPad's Bluetooth and sync the Ace 2.
Make sure to remove the Fitbit Ace 2 from your iPhone device.
Let me know if this helps!

Hi @katedoll, thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I am glad to continue assisting you. You can remove the Ace from the list of Bluetooth devices paired to your iPhone. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > find the tracker in the list > find an option to forget the device.
After that please try to follow the steps provided previously. For more information, please see here.
Let me know how it goes.
