Switch to child's view and auto recognize activities

Childs Ace doesn't have auto recognise activities on track exercise

Also, i can't locate childs device on my account.  Only Inspire HR no Ace

Congratulations on your Inspire HR and Ace trackers! Ace tracks your child's steps taken and active minutes but doesn't record high-movement activities such as running, tennis, or soccer. For more information about Fitbit Ace, please see this help article: About Fitbit Ace

 

If you've already set up the Fitbit Ace, you can switch from parent view to kid view by doing the following:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon (User-added image).
  2. Tap My Family.
  3. Tap your child’s name.
  4. Tap Switch to Kid View.
