Switching to kid view had just been hanging for last few days. Can't access my daughter's ace account. Please advise how to solve.

@Zanylainey It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is experiencing a hard time when switching to "Kids view". Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.
In the meantime, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, try switching to your Kid's view again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Still a lot of hanging when switching. Turning phone off and on makes it all very time consuming
