I've lost my phone and need to sync my son's fitbit with another device. How do I do this?
Also, his device is showing the wrong date. I've tried holding button for 5 seconds but it doesn't change the time.
Finally, the children's trackers don't show their sleep. How do I activate this?
Very frustrating and difficult to use.

Time and date on the tracker should be corrected when you sync it. You can sync the tracker with any compatible device: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? You can download the Fitbit app and log into your Fitbit account. Please find the steps to sync the Ace 2 tracker at How do I sync Ace or Ace 2 with my device?
If the tracker is still showing the wrong time and date after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here.
Regarding the issue with sleep, confirm the steps to restart the trackers and try changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
