Hi,
i have a parent account ( no device) and 2 kids each with their fitbit ace ( a 2 and a 3) none of the 2 ace ever sync. Any suggestions on best way to set this up so that the devices do sync?
thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Iuliad.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit devices. Thank you for the information provided.
Note that if you have multiple Fitbit trackers connected to your mobile device, you must sync each tracker individually. For instructions on how to sync your devices, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?"
Hope this helps.

I have a similar problem. One child has had an ace2 synced to my phone for a year. The other now has an ace3, I created a new child account for him yesterday and it synced without a problem. But ever since the ace3 synced I have stopped receiving data from the ace2 - it just says ‘syncing’ with the little wheel going round but doesn’t connect. The ace2 otherwise is working fine. Any suggestions?
